My refrigerator stopped working, but the freezer was doing just fine. James came out and discovered the coils were frozen. He defrosted them and got the refrigerator working. He was scheduled to return on Monday to install a thermostat but I called on Thursday b/c the refrigerator still didn't seem to be cold enough. He came back out Friday morning, installed the thermostat and it's working fine now! I'm pleased with the service and James was professional and did a good job as far as I can tell. I felt like my problem was taken care of at a good price.

We had this company out to take a look at our microwave. We realize that it's usually cheaper just to buy another unit but this one matched our stove and was only 4 years old. They came when they said they would. They tried their best but in the end advised us to buy another unit. We appreciated their advice and also their knowledge. Would definitely use again.

We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel and made aware last minute that we had to remove our cooktop prior to the new countertop installation. The team at Still Water was able to promptly come out and remove our cooktop and re-install it the next morning! They were courteous, prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company.
